Terms of Service for PPC Tuner

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Double R Solutions Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the PPC Tuner software application and website. By accessing the platform, authenticating user accounts, or linking third-party advertising profiles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the application and must discontinue use immediately.

PPC Tuner is a business-to-business (B2B) application designed exclusively for commercial, corporate, and professional agency entities.

• Age Requirements: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or utilize platform services.
• Credential Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials, session profiles, and API connection tokens.
• Administrative Security: You agree to notify our team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches. Double R Solutions Inc. will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your workspace.

PPC Tuner provides an advanced, AI-assisted operational layer that interfaces with external advertising networks.

• Data Core: The platform synchronizes performance snapshots and processes account metadata using secure API connections.
• The Mutation Path: The system generates execution-ready modifications, structured search configurations, negative keyword groupings, and budget adjustments that deploy to your active advertising accounts via the official Google Ads Mutate API.
• Service Evolution: We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate features of the application at any time to preserve platform stability or reflect external API infrastructure changes.

PPC Tuner operates explicitly on a human-in-the-loop engineering model.

• The AI Proposes: The artificial intelligence layer evaluates performance data, verifies intent via search tools, and stages recommended optimizations within an inactive workspace queue.
• The User Disposes: No automated mutation payload will be written to your live advertising account without explicit human validation.
• Absolute Editorial Control: By clicking to approve any recommendation, bulk adjustment, or campaign generation payload, you assume total editorial and administrative responsibility for that change. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the target criteria, keyword splits, and ad copy parameters prior to deployment.

The application offers an optional Budget Pacing Engine featuring both a MONITOR mode and an AUTO_ADJUST mode.

• Monitor Controls: Under MONITOR mode, the application tracks spending velocity and projects end-of-month utilization trends for manual action.
• Auto-Adjust Authorizations: By actively configuring and enabling AUTO_ADJUST mode on any campaign, you grant PPC Tuner explicit, ongoing permission to rewrite daily campaign budgets via the Mutate API.
• Guardrail Restrictions: The pacing engine will deploy adjustments only within the specific percentage ceilings, floors, and maximum daily swing boundaries defined by the user.
• Financial Risk Integration: You remain entirely responsible for monitoring your overall account pacing configurations. Double R Solutions Inc. is not liable for structural budget overruns, platform ad delivery spikes, or automated target adjustments executing within user-configured parameters.

We are currently celebrating our public deployment by offering a distinct launch promotion.

• Launch Promotion: Access to the platform features is granted completely free of charge for a limited duration specified during account registration. No credit card entry is required to initiate this promotional period.
• Paid Transitions: Following the expiration of the launch promotion, continued access to account synchronization, AI generation queues, and API mutate endpoints will require subscription setup under our standard corporate tier pricing.
• Cancellation Policies: Users can immediately terminate account synchronization and deactivate active billing cycles at any point through the workspace settings panel.

The core software architecture, algorithmic logic, marketer-encoded heuristics, system prompt configurations, database designs, landing page assets, and branding marks are the exclusive property of Double R Solutions Inc.

• Platform License: We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access the application dashboard strictly in accordance with these terms.
• User Data Ownership: You retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over the raw advertising performance data, uploaded strategy context documents, and brand metadata ingested by your workspace profile.

PPC Tuner is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” operational basis. Double R Solutions Inc. makes no structural representations, warranties, or guarantees concerning the commercial performance, traffic volume, return on ad spend (ROAS), or conversion acquisition values of your connected advertising accounts. Advertising performance is subject to external market changes, bidding competition, and algorithmic variances outside our control. We do not warrant that platform operations will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or devoid of minor synchronization delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian provincial and federal law, Double R Solutions Inc., including its directors, employees, or tech infrastructure vendors, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This limitation explicitly encompasses unexpected advertising spend increases, fluctuations in conversion volume, client loss, revenue shortfalls, data corruption, or operational account suspensions enforced by external advertising networks resulting from your use of the application or the application of human-approved recommendations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Double R Solutions Inc. and its officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your breach of these terms, your mismanagement of user workspace credentials, or any direct third-party advertising mutations executed following your manual platform approval.

These Terms of Service remain active until terminated by either party. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate your workspace profile and invalidate API token caches without prior notice if we identify corporate policy breaches, non-compliance with external advertising platform standards, or unauthorized reverse-engineering of our software systems.

These Terms of Service and your relationship with the application shall be governed by, defined, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal dispute, statutory claim, or corporate action arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively before the provincial courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and both parties consent to this specific venue assignment.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect software changes or updated legal environments. We will notify active administrators of material text revisions via the workspace email profiles.
