• Google Ads Platform Performance Snapshots: Campaign structures, budget allocations, historical spend tables, conversion performance records, asset configurations, geo-targeting matrices, device distributions, and quality score variables pulled directly from your connected advertising accounts.
• Search Query Contextual Metadata: Unprocessed search queries, impression shares, and competitive metrics retrieved via campaign search term reports.
• Platform Input and Context Data: Text documents, spreadsheets, or image files uploaded directly into the AI Assistant chat interface by the user, as well as brand profiles automatically generated by crawling your provided website URLs.
• Usage and Diagnostic Data: We automatically collect standard diagnostic metrics when you access the platform, including IP addresses, browser types, interaction timestamps, and navigation paths within the dashboard.

Our core integration with Google API services is strictly limited to expanding your account efficiency and providing our application's functionality. We request access exclusively to the Google Ads API sensitive scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.

• Purpose: To programmatically fetch performance snapshots, synchronize historical search reports, and write back human-approved modifications via the official Google Ads Mutate API.
• Limited Use Disclosure: PPC Tuner's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Strict Non-Sharing Affirmation: Double R Solutions Inc. explicitly affirms that data obtained via the Google Ads API is strictly used to provide the PPC Tuner service to you. We do not sell, lease, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any data obtained through the Google Ads API to third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or external entities.
• AI Model Training Prohibition: Your private account data, performance snapshots, and query reports are strictly prohibited from being used to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence, large language, or machine learning models.

PPC Tuner utilizes secure, enterprise-grade generative AI endpoints to process optimizations and power the conversational interface.

• Query Execution: Selected campaign data, brand context, and conversational prompts are transmitted to these AI engines exclusively to retrieve optimization reasoning and mutation payloads for your active workspace.
• Data Isolation: The queries executed on your behalf are isolated to your specific session. We do not transmit your identifying personal account information or billing data to these AI processing endpoints.

We utilize cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain authenticated user sessions, remember your application preferences, and secure your account. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but disabling them may limit your ability to use certain features or functions on our platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with external parties under specific operational conditions:

• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors for cloud hosting, database management, and email communication. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and utilize it solely for the services they provide to us.

• Credential Protection: Google OAuth refresh tokens are heavily encrypted prior to storage in our connected accounts database.
• Retention Boundaries: We store historical snapshot records only for the active duration of your workspace membership. Upon account deletion or disconnection of a Google Ads workspace, all related snapshot records and personal identifying information are purged from our live databases within standard administrative timeframes.

PPC Tuner is exclusively a business-to-business (B2B) application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to permanently delete that information from our servers.

In accordance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations, you retain full ownership and control over your information:

• Access and Portability: You may request a copy of the personal data currently associated with your account.
• Correction: You may review, modify, or update your profile details and brand preferences directly inside the settings dashboard at any time.
• Disconnection and Revocation: You can immediately terminate our access to your advertising metrics by disconnecting your account inside the workspace menu, which invalidates our stored token cache. Alternatively, you can revoke access globally at any time through the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Deletion: You have the right to request the complete, permanent erasure of all personal data and historical snapshots held by our system, subject to legal retention requirements.
